After two critically acclaimed albums showing his Renaissance influenced acoustic guitar picking, Duncan Browne went full-on electric half way through the Seventies with both his newly formed band Metro and several solo albums. It brought him near the cutting edge of the music industry and the closest he ever got to rock stardom, his records sought after in locales like New York’s East Village and played on American college radio stations.

Originally released in 1978, the music has a sense of drama closer to Bryan Ferry and Roxy Music than his previous efforts.
