Rivers is the third album by Swedish duo Wildbirds & Peacedrums, it combines the limited edition vinyl EPs Retina and Iris.

This is the fist time Rivers has been available as a single LP, and is limited to just 400 copies on black vinyl.

The Swedish duo of Mariam Wallentin and Andreas Werliin fold plainchant and choral solemnity into nimble rhythms and thundering electro-acoustic pop.

Rivers was recorded in Iceland in 2010 by Ben Frost and Valgeir Sigurðsson.

Features ‘Peeling Off The Layers’, recently used to devastating effect as the title music for Sky Atlantic’s flagship series Fortitude.
