NOW That’s What I Call Christmas is back! Presenting a fantastic collection of 50 festive classics on a 3-LP set pressed in stunning (Christmas-Tree) Green vinyl to bring the ultimate soundtrack to your holiday celebrations.

A perfect gift for yourself or your loved ones, this festive compilation is packed with timeless Christmas tracks, kicking off with the ever-popular “Last Christmas” by Wham! followed by the holiday staple “Step Into Christmas” by Elton John. Cher’s recent smash “DJ Play A Christmas Song” is up next, followed by classic ‘70s hits from Wizzard with “I Wish It Could Be Christmas Everyday”, Slade’s #1 “Merry Xmas Everybody”, and Greg Lake’s epic “I Believe In Father Christmas”. “Jingle Bell Rock” by Bobby Helms and Brenda Lee’s “Rockin’ Around The Christmas Tree” wrap up the side with a festive flourish, whilst over on Side B the celebrations continue with Boney M.’s “Mary’s Boy Child / Oh My Lord” and Shakin’ Stevens’ “Merry Christmas Everyone” ahead of ‘60s classics from Darlene Love with “White Christmas” and The Crystals’ “Rudolph The Red-Nosed Reindeer”. Contemporary favourites feature next from Kelly Clarkson (“Underneath The Tree”), Leona Lewis (“One More Sleep”) and Mariah Carey’s fabulous version of “Christmas (Baby Please Come Home)”, before closing with the modern classic ‘Christmas Wrapping’ from The Waitresses.

LP2 includes the collaborations between Bing Crosby and David Bowie on “Peace On Earth / Little Drummer Boy”, and between Ed Sheeran and Elton John on chart-topper “Merry Christmas”. Bruce Springsteen’s superb version of “Santa Claus Is Comin’ To Town” is followed by all-time Classics from Andy Williams (“It’s the Most Wonderful Time of the Year”), Perry Como & The Fontane Sisters with Mitchell Ayres (“It’s Beginning To Look A Lot Like Christmas”), and Elvis Presley (“Blue Christmas”), while Mud’s #1 “Lonely This Christmas” remains a festive favourite 50 years after it topped the charts and flip the record over for the record-breaking anthem “Do They Know It’s Christmas?” from Band Aid, Paul McCartney’s “Wonderful Christmastime” and Cliff Richard’s massive 80s chart-topper “Mistletoe And Wine”. Whitney Houston’s powerful vocals on “Do You Hear What I Hear?” feature along with Eartha Kitt’s iconic “Santa Baby” whilst the rest of the LP features gems from The Beach Boys (“Little Saint Nick”), The Wombles (“Wombling Merry Christmas”), and Mike Oldfield’s “In Dulce Jubilo” before Jona Lewie’s “Stop The Cavalry” closes this disc.

The final LP begins with The Pogues and Kirsty MacColl’s enduring classic “Fairytale Of New York”, followed by the Pretenders’ poignant “2000 Miles” and Chris Rea’s “Driving Home For Christmas”. Coldplay’s “Christmas Lights” adds a modern twist, alongside the Pet Shop Boys on “It Doesn’t Often Snow At Christmas”. Sing-along classics complete the side from Jackson 5 with “Santa Claus Is Coming To Town”, The Ronettes’ “Sleigh Ride” and Darlene Love’s irresistible “Marshmallow World”. The final side opens with three tracks that were hits at Christmas-time and are always associated with the time of year: #1’s from Frankie Goes To Hollywood with “The Power Of Love” and East 17 with “Stay Another Day” are joined by “Keeping The Dream Alive” from Münchener Freiheit. A run of timeless and unforgettable Christmas classics completes the tracklist from Ray Conniff, Dean Martin, Frank Sinatra, Nat King Cole with “The Christmas Song (Merry Christmas To You)” concluding with the perennial favourite “White Christmas” from Bing Crosby.

Whether you’re decorating the tree, hosting a party, or enjoying some rest, NOW That’s What I Call Christmas on vinyl brings together an essential selection of festive favourites to help make your seasonal celebrations magical.
