Flipper formed in San Francisco, California in 1979, until the mid-1990s, then reuniting in 2005. The punk band influenced a number of grunge, punk rock and noise rock bands. Their slowed-down, bass-driven, and heavily distorted style of punk is also considered a key forerunner to sludge metal and bands such as The Melvins.

Limited pressing on clear vinyl of FIGHT, the 2007 live album from the incredible Flipper.

FIGHT was recorded in 2007 at Dante’s in Portland and The Funhouse in Seattle. Recorded and mixed by Seattle’s legendary Jack Endino.

This album includes the classic Flipper songs Ha Ha Ha and Sacrifice as well as songs from Flipper’s studio album, entitled LOVE. FIGHT, along with LOVE, are bookends that encapsulate time spent recording in the studio and playing live shows with former Nirvana bassist, Krist Novoselic. FIGHT is the live companion to LOVE and serves as a perfect balance to the studio album experience
